The sites are double wide and will handle my 40' motorhome. Have to unhook toad and park alongside. While near truck stops and I-5, I was not kept awake by road noise. I am writing this review on their Wi-Fi which is working well. I have satellite so did not get a cable site. I like to stop here on my way to LA because the cement pads are clean and hookups are convenient. OK for overnight, not much to keep me here longer.

This new CG was put together nicely. The combination of grass, paved RV pad and good wide interior roads, make manuvering very easy, even for a 40'+ motorhome. Pull thrus are a little short for a 40' and toad so I choose a back-in. Pool was just completed and not yet heated. Nice quiet area, not much road noise. Very clean and well kept.

A pretty park, however. a few items should be mentioned. My motorhome is 40', the pull throughs are not long enough for MH and Toad (CRV). Ask for a back-in site. Roads are narrow. Pull through sites were wide but paved area was narrow so as to walk on the mud and flower beds to get at equipment for hookups. Hookups were at the very end on pull-throughs needing extra length of hoses for motorhomes, or unhooking toads and parking in front of MH. I would stay here again, but only if a back-in site was available.

New park, nice size sites. Roads are wide and easy to navigate. Friendly staff.

Nice park. Three types of sites. Pull thrus, Pull ins, and back ins. All sites are paved. Pull thrus are long but narrow. Back ins are a good choice if you are disconnecting. On the south end are a few pull ins for motorhomes which over look the valley. WiFi worked well at my site (close to office). Would definitely return again.

Good, clean, park. Most pull thrus are side by side. Site was long enough for 40' MH and toad. Width was adequate. Pool open summer only. This was pretty much a overnight park. Lot of folks on their way to Albuquerque for Balloon Fest during my 3 night stay. If you fall into this category, make reservations. Several were turned away, park was full each night. I found staff to be courteous and friendly. I would stay here again.

There are not many spaces a 40' motorhome will fit. I was in space #1 a pull through long enough for the largest RV. I would also recommend space # 11 for big rigs. The new 50A service makes this a pleasure for keeping cool without the sound of generators. Some sites are secluded some are not. Overall a great place to stay for Dead Horse Point and Canyonlands Island in the Sky. There are restrooms, but no showers.

Choose your site carefully for this park. The site I selected was ample for my 40' motorhome, 2 slides, and Honda CRV behind it. I had one of the Premium sites. My site was not side by side, but many were. While I had no trouble pulling into my site, it can be an issue when two large rigs share a site. If you want spacious, try another park. Cable was excellent, WiFi worked well, I was at the furthest part of the park. While the travel surface was gravel, I stepped out onto a cement walkway with grass and a picnic table, under a large shade tree. I had a site that did not affect satellite reception, but I can see where it could be a problem. On the other hand the cable has so many channels, I used it a lot. Nice big Spa to relax in, didn't use the pool. Water pressure was very high, a regulator should be used to prevent damage to plumbing.

I was informed that the motel had been sold and the RV park would be closed down. Several sites had already been torn up during this visit. This will make staying in Fernley a little harder, only one other park in town. New Wal Mart going in across the street, might be OK for rest stop when completed.

I had the spot that was next to the previous reviewer. Premium back in #4. The site is mostly gravel and not that level overall. I was able to level my coach. The back in sites are huge with trees and shade to the rear. They are up on a terraced hill and close to the highway. The pull thru sites were very long, no trees and all gravel. The sites down below were smaller and closer together. WiFi worked great. Ample washers and dryers. We used this park for a base to visit Durango and Mesa Verde, 2 miles from Mesa Verde exit. I rated this park a 7 because I think 9&10 should be reserved for very special RV parks. This one was a little better than average.

Nice campground. The proximity to I-84 noise was not a problem in row B. Pool is very small, Ok to get wet in, but not for swimming. Grass was well cared for but gravel roads were a little dusty. This was not my first visit. I stay here whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

Excellent park. Pull throughs are long and of adequate width. Friendly staff. WiFi works well. Park is a 10 on visual appeal.

Nice small campground. Only downside is the trains very close to CG. Only had two, one during daylight, one at night, but loud. Reservations suggested. I saw several rigs turned away, on a Monday night.

Check in was courteous and quick. The sites are adequate for a 40' MH with slides, toad has to be unhooked and parked along side. Electric was good, ran both airs with no problem. This is a one night park and serves that purpose. Didn't care for the indoor pool, hot and humid inside. Shopping center nearby. Rv area is behind the motel, I had a quiet night. Easy off and on to I-80, or to hwy 50.

Idiot might not be strong enough to describe whoever designed the site layout. Access roads too narrow, sites not long enough for a toad with 40'. Step out of your RV onto the landscaped area. Couldn't get equipment compartment open with safety poles surrounding the hookup pad. Need about 3 feet of gravel on the RV door side for a better rating. For 36' or shorter rigs, the pads should be OK.

A very good 55+ park. I would have rated it higher if the WiFi signal was better. Spaces were large and gravel, with concrete patios. Activities and events were great. Good winter destination. Groceries were close and mall shoping was just a few miles away. I would definately return to this RV park.

Main thing going for this CG is location. Most sites are very tight for todays RVs. Streets are narrow. My 40' motorhome used every inch of site length. Barely enough room to park toad. I have two slides, if 4 slides no room to park toad. I have family 4 miles away so this is the only show available, otherwise I wouldn't stay here.

Nice park. Easy to get in and out to main road. Sites are spacious. Recreation complex is very good. Plenty to do here. I would have rated it higher if there was WiFi at our site instead of the computer room. The nightly rate I posted reflects a pro rated weekly price.

The only thing going for this facility is location. If you are visiting this area, places to stay are few and far between. The RV area was redone last year, I hoped they would bring it up to todays RV needs, they didn't. My 40' MH with 2 slides just fit in a back-in site, not enough width for my toad, forget the awnings. Hookups were OK, needed extra sewer hose to reach. For extra length, pay $10. more for a pull through. Fair grounds are in a nice area, and gates are guarded at night.

Park entrance looks great and goes downhill fast. All the grass is brown. Spaces are tight in some areas are interior roads are a little snug for longer rigs to negotiate. Wi-Fi worked well, and didn't hear a lot of noise from I-5. OK for short visit.

This is a new park. Opened August 1, 2006. Located at 325 Creekside Dr, across from the casino and behind the fuel station. Trees are new and don't provide any shade, but landscaping is beautiful. Management was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to casino on the other side of I-5. Very quiet. Some facilities are still under construction, but the main stuff in in and working. Will definitely come here again.

I really like the area this park is in, and the setting is wonderful. This is an old park and most of the spaces are too close together for todays equipment. There are spaces that are great, but used by monthly renters. Some of the best sites are located in the grassy center of the park but are water & electric (30amp) only. While I was there I was lucky to get a full hookup 50Amp site with plenty of room, but that is the exception. I still recommend this park as a nice place to stay while visiting the surrounding area.

Stayed here while visiting Disneyland. Didn't use the shuttle, but pickup was convenient for those who did. Did a lot of driving and found park to be convenient to shopping and restaurants. Spaces in the park are very close together, most sites have a little grass and a picnic bench. Didn't use the rest rooms, but I peeked in and they were very clean. Although this is an urban area, I felt safe. The park is kept in great shape. This is the second time I have stayed here.

I use this park as a one night stop when traveling I-5. Sites are clean, concrete, with full hookups. Convenient to truck stops for fuel, restaurants and fast food.

This is a nice little park. It has very large pull through sites. It was a great place to overnight.
